The ZETAFUR website, is a site for selling tailor-made and designed pet accessories and their owners.
Purchase through the website is subject to the terms set forth in these Terms and Conditions and this Policy Document, which is stated in the Terms of Use for convenience and applies to all genders equally.
The mere request to purchase the product on the website constitutes a statement from the customer who has actually read, understood and agreed to the policies and policies. This document constitutes a binding contract between the customer and ZETAFUR.
Purchase

The price of the products on the site includes VAT.
ZETAFUR reserves the right to stop marketing and selling the product at any time, and to deny a purchase right on the site, at its discretion.
The price on the site is the determining and final.
Supply
The customer chooses the method of delivery and pays extra payment for the delivery, according to his choice.
The products will only be sent to the same customer’s address when requesting the purchase on the site. If you choose self-collection of the order – available only in Israel, a ZETAFUR representative will contact you. A condition for continuing to process the order is prior coordination of the collection date and location. No refund will be given for an order that is not collected on the scheduled date.
The products will be leave ZETAFUR up to 5 business days from the date of purchase and the estimated time of arrival for the customer is according to the nature of the delivery choice and according to the times of the delivery company.
The manner of shipment will be in accordance with the customer’s choice and ZETAFUR is not responsible for the delay or delay or non-delivery of the products and is not responsible for damage caused by the sending entity.

Cancellation of transaction and returns
Product received by the customer

The customer may request to return the product and purchase another or receive a refund when:
1. The product has not been used.
2. The product can be returned up to 14 days provided that the customer has sent a message / email / WhatsApp to ZETAFUR within about an hour of receiving the product to the address in the order. ZETAFUR products are placed directly on the pet’s body and are treated as an item of clothing such as underwear.
3. On the site, each product has access to an accurate size chart, so in the event of an error in the size of the order, no refund will be given.
4. The refund will be given only after receiving the product at ZETAFUR and only after verifying that the product is in good condition and has not been used in any way.
All in accordance with and subject to the provisions of consumer protection laws.
• For any cancellation of an order after payment has been made, a cancellation fee will be charged at the maximum rate (5%) stipulated by law.
• The costs of the return and the costs of sending the product will be at the customer’s expense only.
The customer may request to return the product and purchase another or receive a refund if the product is in its original and closed packaging, the product is not opened and not used and if the original invoice is attached and will notify it within 14 days of receipt of the product. All in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law.
At each cancellation, cancellation fees will be set at the maximum rate set by law and plus the shipping cost to the customer.
Return and product shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense only.
Product purchased and not yet received from customer
• An order cannot be canceled after it has been shipped from ZETAFUR
• For any cancellation of an order after payment has been made, a cancellation fee will be charged at the maximum rate (5%) stipulated by law.
• Any request for a change in the terms of the transaction can be made via the “Contact Us” page on the ZETAFUR website, in a manner convenient to you.
• You can contact us about this up to 24 hours from the date of the customer’s purchase request.
• The cancellation of the transaction will be effective only after receiving an e-mail or message from ZETAFUR confirming the request and specifying the conditions for canceling the transaction.

Deliveries
Business days are from Sunday till Thursday.
An order received on Friday-Saturday, holiday eves-holidays, will be considered an order received on the next business day. Holidays: as celebrated in the USA and Israel.
Business days of shipment arrival time do not include the business days of product preparation time (up to 5 days).
Applicable only in Israel :
• Delivery to a nearby distribution point (store/locker), via UPS, 1-3 business days 24 NIS (according to UPS’s statements).
• Self-collection option according to the conditions above.
• Free shipping is available on purchases over 260 NIS.
Delivery is via Israel Post
Delivery may arrive up to 14 business days. (In accordance with the Israel Post Declarations)
Payment for international delivery will be calculated according to the country in which you live, you can see the price table on the website, at shipping policy.
Intellectual Property
All Intellectual Property Rights on the Website are the exclusive property of ZETAFUR and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, displayed, published or otherwise used in any way from the Website, product description and content, logo, images and product designs and website – unless expressly agreed to in writing by ZETAFUR.
Customer Service
ZETAFUR is here for you, any inquiry via the “Contact Us” method on the ZETAFUR site will be answered with attention.
ZETAFUR Customer Club
When you join the ZETAFUR Customer Club, you will be asked to confirm receipt of marketing messages about new products or promotions on the site. If you have confirmed, you can always remove yourself.
The information you provide will be used only by ZETAFUR and will not be transferred to other entities.
Interpretation and enforcement of these By-Laws or any action or dispute arising therefrom shall be conducted in accordance with Israeli law only and the exclusive jurisdiction will be held by a court in one of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa or Haifa districts.
